Thanks a lot Staples for shipping my chair the 1st week of December in a box with the picture of it on the outside! I super appreciate my son coming home to find his Christmas present on the front porch.

The chair arrived one day after ordering. The parts were clearing recognizable from the manual and everything was included and free of defects. The chair went together easily and seems sturdy and well build. This will be a Christmas gift so I cannot comment on the comfort level or how it will hold up.

The man that waited on me was very helpful and even took it to my car. I like the firmness of the chair along with design. Very easy to put together!

Very comfortable chair for sitting 8-10 hours a day. High back keeps you sitting upright to prevent slouching. Easy to assemble if you have some skills. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Comfortable But the spring tension back does not allow me to lean back all the way even when at its loosest. The stitching of the fabric is poor.

The Emerge Vortex gaming chair is a sleek looking comfortable chair and not just for gaming. Very easy to assemble.
