I had a chair that I had bought perhaps a decade ago that was not in good shape. The padding was worn and it was very uncomfortable. I decided I needed a new and better chair. WRONG! This chair is much much more uncomfortable than my old chair. True the cushioning is better but the handles and the rest of the chair are terrible and very very uncomfortable. It appears that the handles are designed to be in the worst place ever for ergonomic discomfort.

Chair will not stay in lower position. It shots up slowly. I have to adjust the seat every day. But the chair is comfortable.
