The model in the store seemed more comfortable and it seems more difficult to lean back and the adjusting spring is difficult to turn. I should have purchased the more expensive larger chair.

I bought this chair off of a recommendation and I have to say for the price the chair is listed for it is the best bang for the buck Office Chair on the market. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever used it is even more comfortable than my at work chair which cost more than double what this chair did. I highly recommend to anyone that values comfort in their productive spaces.
