My literal ONLY issue is that the chair sits a little high even on the lowest-to-the-floor setting so consequently my keyboard and mouse were a couple inches closer to the floor than the arm rests were.....forcing me to have to put the keyboard and mouse ON TOP of my desk rather than leaving them in the pullout drawer.

My previous chair died after 5 years in a glorious fashion and I had to buy a new one. Didn't want to the previous one fit my butt like a glove I mean really really fit it like a girlfriend with her hand in your back pocket. But this new chair... whoa... glad I traded up and you should too. Worth every dollar.
