The good is it’s super comfortable as soon as you sit in it you’re like oh my God this is amazing and I no longer need a lower pillow for my bad back with this chair. the arms pull up and down which is how all gamer chairs should be unfortunately most or not. The bad is the bolts all but one stripped for the armchairs so just be very careful when you’re putting in the arm chairs barely tightened it at all and then do them all at once and then try your best. I had two white ones and had to return them because the seat leans forward and not comfortable on all of the white ones for some reason but this black one worked out

My old chair was hurting my back. The last time I was in Staples they had these chairs about half price. Seemed very comfortable to sit in so I bought one. Easy to put together and it continues to be more comfortable for longer periods of time. I don’t game but do a lot of work at my desk and I think this chair is worth every penny.

I needed a new desk chair with better lumbar and this chair fits the bill. I like the well padded armrests and after a bit of twisting and tweaking I found the ideal reclining angle for the chair. One minor gripe since I assembled the chair myself it took a bit of effort to align the holes on the chair and attach the armrests.
