I waited 30 days before responding because it is difficult to tell anything in a period shorter than that. My prior chair was a green-and-black gaming chair that began to deteriorate … wheel sockets broke so wheels would pop out and the material was coming off the arms … and I used the chair for office work solely. This replacement appears to be doing the job adequately … only time will tell if problems recur. BUT the lifetime warranty is tremendous … I received a replacement chair.

The chair was easy to put together. The instructions consist of pictures. This is fine but I would have preferred verbal instructions a time or two when the meaning of the pictures was unclear.
