Very uncomfortable and makes noises

This chair will not tilt back easily. I have to tighten often to keep it from making noises

This is a really nice chair. It wasn't quite as easy to put together the final piece / back as I thought it would be. Really make sure you are actually in the threaded hole - its not the easiest. But got it done and seems well built and high quality.

Looking for a chair for WFH? This one has been comfy so far for long days. Assembly isn't as easy as you might hope though--definitely a two-person job to get pieces lined up for screws to go to the right spots.
