We had a chair just like this but the hydraulics failed to hold the chair up all the time. We liked the chair overall and decided to get another one.

Thos chair is very comfortable if you have to sit at a desk for an extreme amount of time or just for a few minutes. I would recommend this chair to anyone. It is a little pricey but very comfortable.

The chair is good so far though I've been using it less than a week. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the difficulty of assembly. Most of it was very straight-forward and the directions explained it very well but the last 4 screws attaching the arms to the chair back were very difficult to align with the holes. It took a lot of trial and error to hit the holes through the cover and padding. Maybe longer screws would have made it easier to feel for the location of the holes. The instructions said to hand tighten first but this was impossible due to the thickness of the padding.

Chair is comfortable great quality and it looks great! I just wished it came with a small cushion for the neck when you lean back into it. Other than that one small thing I love the chair.

In my opinion this was the most comfortable chair in the store. My husband was looking for a new chair for his home office and this was the best one. He is really happy with it.
