This chair will hopefully last longer than its predecessor. so far it is a comfortable chair and seems durable.

Easy to get in and out of and easy to adjust the height. We have 5. Good for medium and large size people.

The chair has no lumbar support and so I returned it. Well made.

Purchased online and fast delivery without any damage. Easy to assemble. Looks great. A bit stiffer than anticipated but that may just be the newness. I'll know more after a few months of use.

It is sturdy and comfortable. I usually place a heating pad on my back and so the sleek hole near the neck area became a space where the wires from my heating pad and its protective cover can sit at.

My 6'5" 240# husband needed a new desk chair for the home office but didn't want to spend a small fortune. This chair(grey) looks professional enough and is very supportive and comfortable for a reasonable price. Easy to assemble although putting the back on is easier with 2 people.
