This is a good chair but to recline back takes a little effort because of the tight tension. I turn the knob as far as it would go. Maybe it will relax over time.

After owning this product for 3 months the piston gave out. Several times a day I have to keep lifting the chair. My weight is 250 so not a small guy but the chair is rated for 275. Looking to buy a heavy duty piston. Would not waste my money and buy another.
