I have had the chair about 1 year now and have had no issues. I love the flip up arms and recline feature. I use as my office chair and the flip up arms allow me to put the seat under my desk without damaging the armrest from the desk drawer.

These are disposable chairs. The gas cylinder failed in the past two office chairs I bought from Staples. This one lasted only 9 months. The seat wobbles and it will not retain its height.
