So comfortable and well made that this is the second one I bought after the first finally wore out. Will absolutely buy this again when I need another.

Chair was available in store clerk said I could get it delivered for free if I went to website instead. This was not true there was a handling fee. Then the website promised me $15 off my first purchase if I created an account it did not. Staples - not a very honest place.

This is the second version of this chair that I've bought. The first one came mostly put together and was a decent chair for the cost. This new one however required more labor to put together (which can't be done by one person) and the parts and pre-drilled screw holes don't line up which means I have to choose which pieces get the screw tie down and which ones are left hanging (you can't just drill a new screw/hole into the materials of this chair). Very frustrated with the chair.

I love my new chair it is so comfortable . Im not using it for gaming tho. I am using as my desk chair. Have received several compliments on it. . This chair is better than my old office chair.

Not quite as plush of comfy as the last office chair we had but we put that one out to pasture. This one was a 'grab-and-go' assembled item that was warrantied for 3 yrs. so it was convenient and at the right price.
