Cheaply made and uncomfortable

This chair is a piece of garbage. The chair is so cheaply made. Half the screws don't fit properly for the arms which is what holds the whole thing together. Once you get it together the chair cushion starts to lean forward and a few weeks.

Most uncomfortable chair ever

This was a replacement for a different chair from Staples that lasted exactly 5.5 years - just past warranty. The floor model was very comfortable. However what I brought home (and was assembled at the store) has a seat that is so hard it is painful to sit on. I am freaked out. All I can think to do is buy a soft cushion to put on it. Ouch...my backside and thighs hurt as I sit and write this.
