Chair is great for a couple of hours but my legs get tired for more than that. I'm 5'2" and really would like the chair to go a little lower than it does. The seat is a bit rounded for my taste; prefer a more flat surface for extended seating. The arms are wide enough to accommodate a larger person and do not adjust in only tip up to move out of the way. Only one arm height when arms are down. I sit forward when I'm working on a computer so never notice the lumbar support. The back is not adjustable to sit more upright. Tilt is nice but I don't recline back in my chair. Chair is mostly comfortable and looks good but maybe best for a bigger person.
