Needed this as a gift for my son. At the store the associate was extremely helpful finding the right one and the many options for picking it up( other stores shopping etc). We opted for home shipping. It arrived in TWO DAYS!!! You guys are awesome. We will be shopping more often at Staples.

Only have been using it a week so far but firm and comfortable. Standard directions for assembly though leave the arms loose until you get the back up attached and hand tightened into both arms. Then tighten everything. And of course there is the color scheme: hard to go wrong with red and black.

Bought this chair while it was on-sale prior to black friday. Good build and feel overall but the seat cushion deflated after 1-2 weeks of use. Now it feels like I'm sitting on wood. Once the seat deflates the angles become slanted and I cannot sit in this chair for more than an hour at a time.
