New "Toasty Hazelnut" is disgusting

I have been an enthusiastic Hazelnut drinker for years. It always tasted great. This "Toasty Hazelnut" is just burned coffee that tastes horrific! I think, as do many of my real Hazelnut drinking friends, that you should go back to the original Hazelnut that always delighted our pallet. Now I am stuck with 5 canisters of this new garbage. This is bad business and truly a shame. I hope this doesn't kill the garden I plan to dump this into!

Big changes make it worse.

First cup of the new coffee this morning. Too many changes and they are all bad. Biggest change is the coffee profile was changed significantly! Darker roast and extremely bitter now. This tells me over roasting and / or lesser quality beans. Only a very faint taste of hazelnut. Less in the cannister, higher cost per pound, and less ingredient cost through inferior ingredients. Try a blind taste test with the old coffee and the new toasty.

NOT The Old Hazelnut

So disappointed the toasty hazelnut has replaced the previous hazelnut. The grounds are darker and finer, and the previously notable hazelnut flavor is overshadowed by it.

First, what is the difference between Toasty Hazelnut coffee & Hazelnut coffee? Then the really big question: why is the Toasty version "54 gm less" at the same cost? It is so reassuring to know that your wallet is more important than your customers.

Hazelnut has a very distinct smell and flavor, you either like it or you don't. Personally I love it and it doesn't last long around me. I wish it was available in the larger 30oz container, I would buy nothing else.

I bought this 5 years ago and I'm still on the same container!! CRAZY!! This HAZELNUT taste is awesome as well!!! I'm still drinking the same one as 5 years ago so I'm guessing there is no expiration date!! I love this and totally recommend!!!
