Very Flimsy

I wish this stand had a little more heft to it. It is very flimsy. The magsafe is very strong which is good. Unfortunately, the stand has no weight to it. Anytime you go to take your phone off, you will be lifting the entire stand up with it. It also flexes quite a bit front to back. I had to apply some glue where the stand meets the base just to make it usable. Zagg makes fantastic screen protectors, but this was a miss.

Cannot plug into power strip

I can’t plug this into a power strip, only directly into a wall outlet (otherwise it will not charge). I want to charge my phone at my desk and I have 2 power strips - one goes up for the modem / router and the other goes to my desk for my laptop / monitor. No extra wall outlets.
Gave it to my kid. Expensive mistake.

Nice charger

No complaints other than the metal ring that is supposed to attach to rear of phone so it stays on charger; doesn't stick permanently and the phone has preaty smooth surface. If you can't make it work for everyone, go back to having a molded lip to set phone on or send an add on clip that can be attached to set phone on against charging surface. As is I have to not use the stand and precariously balance phone on charging ring horizontally.

Enjoy charging my phone using the snap+ wireless charging stand.
The only suggestion that I would mention is to figure out somehow to eliminate the bulge the cord makes beneath the stand. I’ve duct taped it so that it will no longer teeter over.

Good Desk-side Stand

Mag-safe is super strong…that being said, the stand is a little light & you pretty much have to slide the device downward to keep the stand from lifting or flipping over when removing the device. Looks great on my desk-side shelf, & charges quickly. Only complain is the lightweight base that makes it a little cumbersome to remove the device from.
