Love the product so far we will see how they last. If they put the noise canceling tech into these like the AirPod pros they would be unreal. Sound quality is good but not as good as the air pod pros. They are amazing for staying in your ears while working out

Solid when they work but not super reliable. The amount of effort i need to put in to make sure both are working is nuts.

Left earbud stopped working

I bought them less than a year ago and the left earbud stopped working less than 6 months after the initial use. Because Apple products come with a 1-year warranty, I contacted Apple repair 4 times within the first year and none of the Apple advisors offered to schedule a repair to check what was wrong. I tried all the tricks they said: reset the case, change the charging cable...and nothing worked. I looked on the Internet and many people had the same issue. Don't waste your money on these.

Best earbuds I’ve had

Great material great sound, fit really well
I would recommend to a friend, however I wish they had sound isolation, and also when I have them high volume people beside me wouldn’t be able to hear what I’m listening to

Durable!

I’ve been using mine for almost 2 years now, and it’s still the same as I first used it. I’m a very forgetful person and I’ve put this in the washer 3 times already and its still working amazing! The battery life is great too, can last a whole day 1 charge. I recommend this product! Best earbud I ever bought

Good at first but failed before a year

Loved these things for the first few months no issues then I had my right side headphone would connect and disconnect randomly. After that I had the mesh to block debris from going into the headphone fall out I sent them to Apple when I had 2 months of warranty left on it and they refused to fix them unless I paid $265 plus tax which is more then I paid for them. If I could go back in time I would definitely buy a different brand of headphone

Excellent quality, sweat-proof, and stays put!

I’m super happy with these Powerbeats. They are comfortable to wear, they stay put, the sound is excellent, they stand up to a sweaty hard work out, and the controls are easy to use and Siri works well with them. I’m very happy.
