Save your money or buy a different brand!

I recently started having connectivity issues where one headphone would sync up with my devices but not the other one. In order to fix them I needed to put them back into the charging case for a couple minutes and this would mostly fix this. Then I started noticing that one headphone would not be fully charged when I took them out of the case. Sometimes the one would be so low that I wouldn’t be able to use them at the gym for my workout. I started noticing this getting worse and found that the headphone(s) would sometimes just stay on and connected even when they were in the charging case. I spoke to Apple and they requested me to send them back. I sent them in and about a week later heard back that they found a damaged screen on one of the headphones and wouldn’t be honoring the warranty. Kinda like taking your car to the shop because it doesn’t start and having them tell you they can’t fix it because one of the windshield wipers is worn out. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Don’t buy these!

Complete waste of money. Never able to get both ear buds to charge even after 24hours plugged in. Most of the time music will inly play in one ear. I contacted apple care and sent me a new pair and I'm still having the same issue.

Using them in construction work the best with the ear hold. And the sound is amazing like Bose hut better if you know what I mean.

Sound Great - Charging is a Nightmare

I had regular air pods before. These were super annoying with sometimes one pod charging and the other not. Only to realize that if you want to use them one is empty......long story short, I bought the Beats, hoping it will be better charging because the lay down and rest on the charging pins.
3 stars - cause the fit and sound make up for it - otherwise 1 Star for daily usability
Heads up - they will frustrate you by a lot. Again the sound is great but charging is an absolute nightmare. It's not like you coming from a Mountainbike ride, which btw they are great for and throw them into the case and know they will charge proper. No, you have to make your they are connected left and right and that your phone is actually showing you that both are charging - I can't even count the amount of times where it was showing charging and the next day only to realize one side, mostly the right one, is empty.
I can't believe Apple/Beats is charging so much for the headphones but haven't been figuring a better charging box.
When I'm now coming from a ride, I have to make sure all contacts are clean, wiped and then resting the headphones on, also watching the little LED light for each pod to go to red so it shows charging - BUT DO NOT RELY ON THAT LED - you have to grab the phone and check with opening and closing the box a few times, to make sure both headphones are charging. User friendly?! Not quite sure about that.

Dont buy this product. Its plagued with connectivity issues and is extremely frustrating. I spend almost 30 minutes every day before my workouts trying to connect these things. Buy something cheaper, it works better. Def not worth the money

Broken within a year-

One just decided to stop working. Well documented online and just outside the warranty of 1 Year. Ridiculous that we pay so much and it doesn't last. Sad part is it were not used very often in that period. Sound is great from the one ear, hence the 1 star.
