They seem really nice and they sound great, but they keep cutting in and out while I'm listening to music. Iv trouble shot this to no avail.

Love the many control options

The title sums up my rating. My only issue with my product is the short cable for charging and the fact it's USB-C, so I need to buy a wall charger adapter that accepts double USB-C cables.
In addition to that, the case has a plastic-like feel, so it isn't...on the safer side for me if I ever drop it.

Crystal clear audio. I can hear things in my songs I never could before. Voiced are incrediblely clear. All the customization is crazy and the be aware is so neat. Love love love.
