Struggling with connection

I can not seem to connect my left headphone. I am a bit disappointed with my purchase as I have troubleshooted every way I could. No matter how much I reset, my music only plays from one earbud. The fit is excellent, the sound isn't bad but still not being able to utilize my left earbud on my first day of purchase is infuriating
