Really great purchase but it only lasted a few months

I ordered these last year and a few months after my purchase, the right earbud began to play at a lower volume. I've tried troubleshooting it and it still will not work the same.

I'm glad I purchased these instead of some AirPods. They fit my ear much better and they do not fall off.

These ear buds, and company behind them, make the worst music sounds great. I can not stress this enough, there is not and will not be a better earbud company ever. I love Jlab s!
