Love size & fit, sound quality needs improvement

This is my 2nd pair & I absolutely love the size fit & how convenient the keyring is to attach to things! However; the sound cuts out a lot on both pair. When they are working the sound quality is pretty good & I don't have much problem with sound leakage. My other earbuds my daughter can hear my music when she's next to me. I would give these a 5☆ if they just didn't cut out. Please fix this so I can get a new pair.

Great Earbuds!!!

I am so happy with my Jlab Minis. The price point was great for the quality that I got. I love how they sync with my phone and laptop at the same time and then play whatever I am listening to at the moment. Would purchase again.

My absolute favorite buds

These are simple to use and excellent sound quality normally except during the occasional interference which doesn't last long or detour me from using these. They fit in my little pockets and charge quickly and charge lasts hours. Definitely worth the price and I recommend to fam and friends.
