I lost my Air Pods 2 and I was looking for an inexpensive pair until I could afford getting another pair of Air Pods. I primarily use them for music and occasionally for remote work and conference calls. I can say that not only they quality of the phone calls and video conferencing for just as good as my Apple earbuds, but they are the most comfortable earbuds I have ever had! The earpiece it they came already attached fit perfectly. I have a tendency to fall asleep with them in only to have them fall out and difficult to find given the white buds blend into everything. I purposely left them in last night and I woke up with them still in place! Overal this is a great product for a great cost

Mni buds WERE awesome at first

Then one lost all volume. Then they had trouble connecting together oce they were apart too long, and what is the "Burn in" tool. I've never even heard of such a process. You should do better explaining it.
