I love this company but my jlab mini right earbud no longer works. And jlab sent me an email including some trouble shooting tips that I tried but it still doesn't work.

Exceeded all my expectations. They work as Swiss movement. So much on a so comfortable and unintrusive enclousure. They are handy, available and are always at hand on my keychain. Who could have asked for more?
Keep innovating guys and it was out of the park with beauties. Thanks.

Decided to give it a try and it ended exceeded my expectations . Really tiny earbuds yet powerful with good quality of sound. Highly recommended especially for the price you pay...

These little ear buds pack a punch! Great sound and I can't hear surrounding noise! They fit like a glove in my ears and are hardly noticeable! Loving these buds!!!
