I have used J labs for years the earbuds and got the mini pro and was surprised how small they were but how good they are so I will be a jlab customer for a long time if products are like this

Easy set up, simple manual. No plastic packaging. Easy for recycle. I've loved Joan since my first purchase in 2019. Unfortunately lost my beloved pair of buds during a move. Now I have finally received my new pair to perfectly enjoy Balloonarism by Mac THANK YOU

Constant interference

Sitting in my home with only my phone and wifi on, these earbuds are *still* spotty and unable to reliably stay connected to my phone, which is right next to me. Trying to use them both at the same time causes one or the other to begin flickering audio in and out and it is infuriating. I shouldn't have to use only one earbud at a time to get reliable audio.
