No connection on phone calls only on phone listings to other things

Earbuds would disconnect with taking on the phone and will not connect it's connected to the phone but not phone calls on a iPhone 12

Better than JBL, AirPods, Beats

The quality for the price point is absolutely amazing. The bass is way better than my AirPods ever were. The app allows for customization, allows you to play with the sound leveling to your liking. I've had multiple pairs of jlabs and will continue to buy JLab over the others for yours to come-- without a doubt.

High-End: Prone to distortion and lacks clarity.
Tuning & Final Performance
With additional tuning via Poweramp Equaliser, the high-end performance was significantly improved, bringing the overall sound quality to approximately 65% of a true IEM.
