Not working properly

This is my second pair of the minis! I would normally give 5 stars as I do love them! But the commands won't work in these not matter why I do! It won't pause when I tap on my bud, or unpause, volume up or down, I've adjusted it, disconnect from my device and everything! It irritates me so much! I really liked having this feature,
