Good product that doesn’t last

I live th feel and sound from the minis. I can only get them to last 6 months though before th left ear bud goes quiet. Always the left! They've replaced them for me but it's still a process.

This is actually my second time buying the JLab Minis, and I have to be completely honest these earbuds are incredible. Honestly, the size doesn’t even hint at how good the quality is. Just looking at them, you wouldn’t expect this level of performance. They have be aware mode, the battery lasts forever, and they’re perfect for anyone with small ears like mine.
I’ve been a devoted JLab fan for years!! I’ve had the AirPop, the Lux, and now the Minis (second time), which might just be my favorite yet. JLab, if you see this, just know: I love these earbuds!!
