When everybody told me that a Vitamix was the way to go I thought they were name dropping. My boyfriend has a close friend who is a chef that reassured him it was not named dropping and that this brand was legit. 2 months later my boyfriend and I are still astounded on a weekly basis and how fantastic of a blender we received. We purchased the 5200 series and my boyfriend is gaining local renown for a macaroni and cheese that makes the sauce using nothing but the Vitamix. Absolutely a fantastic company and product, for anyone who's wondering if it's worth it the answer is yes.

Wanted a Vitamix blender for years but thought it was too pricey. Saw the ad on FB for an upcoming sale. Did some research and decided to go with the 5200. Couldn't be happier.
