Fun to clean!

Honestly my favorite thing about this is how easy it is to clean! I obviously love the blending aspect. It was as expected. Powerful, but does have a bit of a burning smell like it is overworking sometimes. But I think that’s the case with all blenders.

I should have gotten this machine years ago! Now I know it’s a necessary investment for so many... Since becoming disabled at a fairly young age, one of my favorite activities (cooking, mostly for the enjoyment of others) took a steep decline. It’s been really sad not to be able to/have the stamina to make really decadent full meals. I’ve also come to need really specific medical nutrition and have a ton of restrictions. The standard Vitamix is all I need to make sure the textures are safe, the food is nourishing, and I even get to prep much easier and make some nice meals for others. I couldn’t be happier and the performance/quality is unparalleled! I actually bought a refurbished 5200 - but I honestly believe it might be brand new, no one can tell any different. Between the power, the warranty, and all of the helpful tips - I just know I’ll be using it for years to come.

Perfect Blender!

I've owned this unit for several years and it was an refurbished unit. Has always worked perfectly. It came with the low profile 64 oz container. I also have the 32 oz wet container and the 32 oz dry container. I use all three of the containers frequently and it just my husband and I.

We now add romaine lettuce and raw spinache to our breakfast smoothie ingredients and it is liked by all!! We cored and took off the blossom and stem ends of apples, cooked quarted apples in small amount of water till soft, poured into the vitamix container, blend till smooth. Quick easy applesauce!!

A Vitamix blender is amazing! I have used several other blenders, but none of them even compare to the quality and abilities of my 5200 Vitamix. I can not recommend it any higher, if you want a blender, get a Vitamix.
