We bought our vitamix 7+ years ago. Nothing ever went wrong up until almost 7 years. Motor was fixed for free since it was covered under warranty, We have used this one for 3 more years.

It’s extremely loud and scares the cats. I also thought it would be a bit more powerful to break frozen fruit down or be able to add carrots without any water to make carrot baby food without any liquid added. but over all I am satisfied enough to keep it.

This is my 2nd Vitamix— I love it. I tell everyone everywhere to buy one—My first one broke after 11 yrs and I could’ve just fixed it and carried on, but it is used daily and is inconvenient to send it and ship it and not have a warranty, so I just decided it was worth it to purchase another, receive credit for my old one, and keep on blending. And it was great to have the option for a monthly payment, this will help a lot more people have access to this worthy price point.
