I bought my Vitamix not sure if it would be worth the price. Although I do not use it often,when I do it excels anything I would have imagined. It purées to the smoothes consistency. I can control it by just blending at a lower slower rate if need be. I especially love to use it for sauces and soups.

I have had my Vitamix for over 5 years now.. did not have an issue until lately.. I called I sent it in and it was repaired and sent back in no time. I just love it, makes smoothies, daquiris, margaritas.. whatever you want and does a great job.

I bought this Vitamix almost 2 months ago and it's my favorite kitchen appliance. I've perfected hummus, make smoothies every day, and have tried everything else but soup. I love the tall canister. It is a bit loud but I expected that. I wish the lid snapped on (once I didn't have it on all the way). But really, I'm not complaining. I love this thing.

After an epic fail of refurbished one, I bought classic 5200. love it. It works like they are known to work. I love the way it makes my smoothies very smooth and creamy, no lumps. Ice is crushed very well. I love it.
