Omg who knew I would love a blender so much! I had no idea that I needed this in my life. Since the hubs and I went to the keto lifestyle we have changed what we eat and how we prepare our food. Try the recipe book! Fresh salsa took literally about a minute, cauliflower rice, 2 pulses and I was done. Fresh peanut butter, to die for...cashew milk, so fresh and creamy! All done in a snap. I think I have used my Vitamix just about every day since we got it. TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. It makes next-level smoothies that are so very smooth, so free of chunks. It is powerful and easy to clean and care for. My only struggle is that I live in an apartment building, and this blender is LOUD. Every time I make a breakfast smoothie, I worry that someone is going to come pound on my door and complain about the noise.

I recently broke my jaw and cracked my eye socket in two places. I was told I would only be able to suck broth like substance through straw as jaw wired for 3 weeks. This machine is amazing. It purees the tiniest seeds. I do have to add extra liquid to all foods pureed to enable sucking through my teeth but has been a lifesaver as far as being able to eat anything at all.

My 2007 Vitamix was still going strong but the container had become discolored after 12 years of weekly smoothies, occasional salsa and soups, so I bought a new model. It's definitely quieter than the old one. I expect to have the same longevity as before and love the 7 year warranty.
