Wish I'd bought this sooner! After going non dairy I found making a truly creamy nut cheese impossible with other blenders and food processors. This makes the smoothest almond and cashew cheese EVER!

Over seven years and still going strong.

My Vitamix 5200 has been out of warranty for awhile but is still going strong.
Its over 7 years old and is used almost daily.
I had bought it years ago when my elderly Mother came to live with me. She had a hard time chewing so I made her vegetable soups in the Vitamix and she loved them..................it kept her going till she was 96 ( she came to live with me when she 90) and she passed away 3 1/2 years ago. I still make those soups in addition to smoothies and more and am sure there are some more good years in this unit. When you factor in how long it lasts its really not that expensive.
You are not only buying the best quality but a product that is made in the USA and supports the American economy.

24 hours and already don't remember eating before

I've been researching and wanting a high-end blender for years. I finally bought this online and received it yesterday. In less than 24 hours, I've made delicious green soup which I've wanted to make for a long time but didn't have the proper blender. I've put away my juicer and started using my Vitamix. I have yet to use it for dry ingredients although it supposedly doesn't do dry ingredients, but then again it supposedly doesn't juice. I already don't know how I lived without it.

I've put off buying a Vitamix thinking my Bosch was the best out there. I use my blender every day..sometimes multiple times per day. The Vitamix exceeded my expectations. I can't believe I waited so long to buy one. It makes my smoothies creamy in a fraction of the time my Bosch needed. And it is quiet! I don't wake the whole house making an early breakfast. Worth every penny.
