Really wonderful machine and worked a few times very well. The motor started overheating, producing a burning odor, and turning off within the first 5 times we used the blender. It's unusable on anything a little thicker than water. We sent it back to the warranty shop, but haven't gotten it back as yet.

Hi! It is important to know that sometimes the machine may emit a burning odor and/or stop temporarily because its thermal protector sensed that the machine was about to overheat. If this occurs, we recommend turning the power switch off for up to 45 minutes, allowing the machine to cool down or reset. To avoid overheating your machine in the future, be sure to ramp the machine up to the highest speed within five seconds of turning it on to activate the cooling fan in the motor.

very good, very silent, the only think is that smells a little burn when you use even for short periods in medium-high capacity. but I believe that this is normal in the beginning. I hope with time the machine motor will adapt and get stronger.
