Overall good monitor mount but the description says it is huano brand but the one that arrived was ergear branded. Works well so far so idc to return but be wary

Arms don't work

Idk how I got this order so fast but I recieved it in 2 days, however, the arms are stuck at maximum height ... Cannot lower then no matter how much I loosen the tension, have tried everything, every other joint rotates or tilts as designed except the biggest part of the friggin product 👍 0/10 cause I now have to return them and go without mounts or using my PC till they are returned and I've ordered a new set , amazing product.. NOT
