It stopped working after 3 weeks

The screen won't turn on. It's the same thing that happened to the last one i purchased. So i purchased a new one because i couldn't wait for repair since i was traveling. As for this one, since it was still under warranty, I was able to send it back. The tech team said they have to delete everything and factory reset it. I can't get any work done because they are both not working. Depressed and crying!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It could cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Unlike desktop computers, laptops need to be frequently charged since they have an internal battery. If your Samsung PC will not start or turn on, it probably needs a quick charge. Galaxy has come a long way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how seamless it is between my galaxy phone and laptop. Drag and drop, pick up where I left off, saved files across devices. I'm a huge fan of Surface devices but Galaxy is making it easier to switch for the integration it has. Long battery life to work and watch shows. Not much this can't do.

If you're one who is used to having a couple of programs and an open browser with multiple tabs, go for the 32 GB which isn't sold here. 16 isn't enough for heavy multitasking.

So far, the battery life has been outstanding, the performance had been great. A slight negative is the size of the tracking pad. It is a little large and compresses the keyboard. It takes getting used to but is ok.

My second laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased another brand a few months ago and sent it back after two weeks. Big bulky small screen, just not a good match for what I wanted. Now This Samsung, from packaging on has been nothing but impressive. Slim and beautiful to look at. Big vibrant touch screen. Seemless bond between my phone. Can even drag from device to device. Fold in half and have an extraordinary tablet. Entire experience is amazing.

The 360 model turning into tablet mode has great functionality, and the included S pen furthers the functionality of the device. It was a great buy.
