I just needed something to do lightweight work on (Excel spreadsheets, email surveys, minimal gaming) and this seems to fit the bill perfectly. My old laptop was OLD so I'm having to get used to the newer Windows, but this computer runs fast for what I'm using it for and I'm not having any issues. Very lightweight to boot! Only downside is no keyboard lighting, but that's my fault for not checking for that in the specs better.

Have had my HP 156 Laptop PC for a few weeks now and LOVE it, or do I? The size, the weight, the color, I am pleased with. The speed, the ease to work with, I am pleased. The only thing I am unhappy with is what happened to the battery? I almost have to keep it plugged in all the time. Help please....

1. Sometimes the display gets bigger and I don't know what I've done. None of my previous HPs has done this.
2. Why can't I close windows with a left click on the keyboard mouse? I have arthritis in my fingers and sometimes that is just easier.
3. I still have not received the documentation for my extended warranty, even though it was "escalated" a few weeks ago.
4. I like it, but some of its features or quirks are driving me a little nuts.

I bought this computer because it was a good price and i no longer need power. I use for personal office documents and streaming. Only (but major) weakness is the touchpad/mouse. I may have to click several times to put the cursor where i want. And the cursor will frequently jump to a different spot in word or exce, documents.
