I am using this for Barcodes and shipping labels. It integrates with my retail software and still works independently. Auto cutting is an added bonus. I have an old QL-500 that is still serving me well after many years. I needed an additional unit and am pleased with this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had a computer issue and I need to reinstall. Searching for the manual and software download is a nightmare! If I could return it I would!
I also had to reinstall my HP printer. It was very simple, everything I need was available and easy to use.

Replaced an older QL560. Works great. Would recommend. Also have one at work. I like the way the lable program works and it was easy to setup.
