Handles broke off within a week. I purchased 2 flex n carry 10+ years ago and both are still in great condition. So I got 2 more. Handles broke off both within a week of use.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Flex’n Carry™ Laundry Basket. We’re truly sorry to hear about the issues with the handles breaking so quickly. This is certainly not the quality you’ve come to expect from our products, and we understand how frustrating this must be, especially given your positive experience with the baskets you purchased years ago.
We’d love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to us via https://www.rubbermaid.com/support/contact-us so we can assist further.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your loyalty and hope to restore your confidence in our products.

Easy to carry

The Rubbermaid flex laundry hamper has many uses. I used it for lots of swim towels to carry onto the boat, then it could be carried to the laundry. The handles are easily able to fold to fit in a smaller space. The size is large enough to hold a great volume of things.

I really like how durable the Rubbermaid flex baskets are, they are light weight and the size is excellent for anything from laundry to storage.

So upset. I had the tall one for years and the handle broke today 😢😭. Not trying to get too sentimental about a laundry basket, but it has outlasted most of my relationships.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a 25 year old 2.2 bushel tall Flex n Carry and it has toted a family of four’s laundry up and down the stairs every other day and still looks brand new. It took me a decade to find a second one and it’s a prize possession. Please bring back the tall one. It fits exactly one load of laundry for us.

I bought this so that I could carry the laundry basket with one hand when going up and down stairs. That allows me to hold the handrail on the stairs. It is much safer that other laundry baskets.
