The replacement airbed was good when I used it last month. I hope next time it won't take 2 months to process a warranty request. Your computer system needs to be fixed or upgraded. Even after the airbed being sent out, I still received the auto-generated email that my warranty request was rejected.

This is a great buy.
I have used my air bed for almost a year now, it has been my primary mattress. BEST SLEEP EVER!!! Would I purchase it again? in a heartbeat.

The claim process online was easy, and I had to call with some questions and the Tech support associate was very helpful.
Long story short, I am happy with the airbed that was replaced.

This mattress is very nice quality, doesn't have a strong smell like plastic and is easy to plug in and blow up with the automatic button.

Comfortable. Internal pump for quick inflating and deflating. We used this while visiting a relative on his futon, for bed-like experience.

Great Warramty

I bought this back in March and used it a few times camping and wanted to love it. However, after a few uses the air mattress would lose half of its air in a four hour peroid. I woould full it back up with the auto pump but it would leak out again.
The bed it top notch and very comfortable, quality componets.
I contacted custormer service and completed a claim by sending thm all the informatiom and after review, they sent me a new mattress.
