Bought for my daughter. She likes the design, the way it works and most of the features however does not heat up as well as she would like. However she wanted for the massage part mainly so pretty happy with product.

This is a great product! My husband purchased this for me as a gift & I'm glad he did! Especially, when I come home from working a long 12 hour shift of standing on hard concrete floors. This massager feels awesome!

Heat Doesn't Work

I ordered this foot massager for my wife for Christmas, and I was very pleased with the fast delivery, but unfortunately this particular massager has a heat sensor and it does not work. I ordered this particular one due to it saying it had the heat function. Unfortunately I doubt if I still have the original packaging because my Wife throws boxes away so quickly. How can I resolve this issue? I would only recommend this product to a friend if my issue is resolved due to the fact the massager is supposed to have a heat function, but it doesn't work.
