I use it almost every evening.. if your feet are cold the heat setting will NOT warm them up however there are three functions and they are wonderful. Personally, I like 2 and 3 the best.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would it have killed you to describe what the various settings do?!(M1, M2 & M3).
I can’t discern any difference between them.
Also, your help website is dead. If it weren’t so (purposely?) difficult to do I’d return it.

My father love this

He works 10 hours in a mechanic shop and suffer from soreness in feet bought this as a present and he could not be happier. It can be use on calves, feet and also hand so it's pretty versatile. Definitely a keeper.
