I purchased this product for my husband as a Christmas gift. Was so excited for him to open. But to our dismay this product didn’t work. The company has agreed to send a new one within 7-10 business days... will like it sooner so fingers crossed.

My daughter bought me this product for christmas 2019 after me seeing it on facebook and sharing it as i suffer from planters fasciitis for more then 9 years my chiropractor was able to get me relief for several of those years but after a career change where i was back on my poor feet again it came back 30 mins a day is really making a difference this product is the best it is saving me tons of money not having to go to the chiropractor nor going to get massages for the value of this product i am no where near disappointed thank you best choice product for advertising this wonderful product on facebook cause if i had not seen this it wouldnt be part of my daily activities

Have had mine for 6 years and still is kicking like it was straight out of the box. Just bought one for my mom for Xmas and she is in love with it. I've also laid down on the bed and put my calves in after skiing or hiking and felt so much better after.

I wanted one so bad I thought it was going to feel so good but all it does is hurt and the instruction manual is worthless I'm just trying to find a way to make it so it's not so painful maybe turning it down or something

I bought this for my mom as a gift. We opened the box plugged it in and without touching any buttons the lights started flashing and beeping. It won’t respond to any buttons, it won’t power down with the power button, I have to unplug it to shut it down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
