Unusable product

Unfortunately product did not work properly and remote would not work at all even with new batteries. This was very upsetting because I was really looking forward to using this product as I suffer from severe planters fasciitis.

So far it’s been working pretty great. Only negative thing is my remote doesn’t work. Other than that the quality seems good. I’ve had it now for two weeks and haven’t had any problems with the product. It’s exactly the size I thought it’d be. It’s a a bit to intense for me. I wish I bought one with different intensity levels. Machine is fairly quite.
