[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my samsung product for streaming music and movies and...well everything! It has so many capabilities i never would have imagined a tv having.
I was even more excited when I saw how much I didn't get stuck on "loading"
The audio capabilities were pretty good but it had to be the visual effects that impressed me the most.

I now look forward to coming home after a hectic day to enjoy my new Samsung experiences with my sons after a hard day.

Several service attempts failed to resolve the issue.
Finally, the TV was relaced with a new one in February, 2025.
So far (October, 2025), the new TV works great.

Upscale upscaler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is beautifuly slim and powerful, The upscaling on the TV is extraordinary. Lower resolution content looks much better on this screen than it does on my smaller 4k TV. I saw lots is reviews indicating the lack of 8k content makes these not worth it but I don't regret it because 4k content looks better here than on a same size 4k TV and that is a win alone. TV is fast to load and very responsive. I use it for movies, console gaming, and even to display art when unused and this TV handles it with no issues.. only thing i would change is to better the split screen functionality with different sources. Currently only allows YouTube + another source. Needs more apps ex, Netflix, Disney etc..
