Great but…

Got myself these headphones for Xmas. Great sound, great features, but the wear detection stopped working after about a week of use.
Contacted Sony who said that can repair product. Told me to contact seller for replacement. Seller told me can only refund. Problem is that I managed to get them on sale, so now have to pay full price after having to wait a month for refund.

Great Headphone

Purchased a couple of weeks ago for work. I needed class 5 compliant hearing protection and after doing some research the Sony’s proved to be the best option for me. The noise cancelling is excellent, sound quality great and the headphones are both light, comfortable and light. My only disappointment is the noise cancelling level seems to vary automatically rather than maintaining a constant level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought these headphones for long flights. They do a good job of cancelling out noise on an aircraft but could be better. The battery life is good but not great. And I don't like how you can't charge them while using them. I would like to be able to plug them into a portable charger, and continue to use them, but the charge chord is too short and when they're charging you can't use them to hear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had beats, Bose in the past which were good but these are next level! Build quality, sound quality & options are best I’ve tried. Love these headphones

Needs improving

I had this for a week, amazing features and UX/UI. But only problem i have is that i was always cautious that i may drop them from my head. When i am at gym or out for run, they slip away and i almost dropped them!! So if you are buying them for gym or workout and running, proceed with caution. Otherwise amazing headsets for travel and listening to music. Very nice features.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago. it's a nice product, with good sound quality and nice sound cancelling. However, the connection between the phone and the headphones it is interrupted when the sound's quality is enhanced so I prioritize a stable connection.

Easily the best sounding wireless headphones on the market. The noise cancellation is superb and the functionality including the app is very well designed. Also really happy with the build quality and they are comfortable to wear for long periods.

The headphones have high performance especially noise cancelling and sound. Comfort is good (for !). Battery is good. Really need a way to manually switch between 2 connected Bluetooth sources on the headphones -not using the mobile phone app.
