Disapointment.

Hello,
I thought that you might like to know about my experience with the Intex single chair bed that I bought from Only Airbeds UK.

I'm very disappointed because on the fourth attempt to use the bed the middle section deflated after a short while. I checked for damage and leaks in the fabric but it was the fault of the valve, which failed to seal on the inside. I contacted Intex UK by phone last summer and was told to write a letter to explain the problem, which I did but Intex UK has not bothered to reply. Recently I tried to inflate it again, on the off chance that the valve would seal but to no avail.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.
In addition I just looked on the Only Airbeds website but couldn't find the single chair. Is that because it's not fit for purpose?
I remain most disappointed with this product, which was a waste of money.

Continuous Leakage Issues

I really wanted this product to be a comfortable way to relax in front of the t.v. watching sports, particularly those that went late into the evening.
Purchased four in total so far, replacing one after the other in hope that one day I'd get one that didn't leak after a matter of weeks.
When inflated, it's very comfortable and firm. Perfect size. Pleasant to sleep on.
No matter how careful I was, invariably a small leak would appear somewhere in the seams, patching it did no good, even used Flex Tape along the entire seat portion. Once a leak appears, it becomes progressively worse, rendering it useless to reinflate further.
The form and function are exactly what I wanted to begin with. I hope someone at Intex reads my comments and reaches out.
I would 100% buy another if I was assured that the quality had improved and could use it as intended.

Chair needs to 2 separate pumps

Just out of the box we discovered chair needs a pump. Luckily a reviewer noted that shop vacuum works well. But how to inflate the two smaller extensions that form the pull out bed? not useful if we have to hand pump the separate 2 pieces. This product should list the fact that two different pumps are required to inflate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great!

Bought two of these online to take camping for each of my boys. Blew it up to just make sure it works. It's much bigger than I thought which is great. Can fit both my kids comfortably on it age 5&7. Love the length when folded out. Hopefully it lasts camping.

Look better than they are

The only decent upgrade is the hard plastic for cup holder instead of the way it was but what good is that when at least one of the three inflatab;e pieces of this chair does not hold air? These are bad out of the box usually. I've bought a bunch over the years, but won't be buying anymore. I haven't hads a good usable one it 3-4 years.. I got to where I was just stockpiling cushions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
