I recently purchased this steam mop and it was defective. It worked wonderfully while it was working properly, and when it wasn't the customer support has been kind and generous about replacing the product.

It leaves the floors of my home super clean and disinfected in the areas that require it most such as the kitchen and bathrooms.

The steam mop does what I was hoping it would. It heats the water nearly instantly to a temperature that really cleans the grime. Floors feel super clean after use and it reaches under furniture and in corners. Awesome steam mop!
